Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your training aids. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. Please include your order number.

How to start a return: Email us at ArcaneGolfSupport@icloud.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Return shipping: If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost. For other returns (for example, a change of mind), return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged or wrong items: Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days with a photo if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards and items marked as final sale.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.
